在秦岭脚下的绿色山谷中，一位少年正站在简易搭建的户外讲台前，身后是阳光穿透树梢洒下的光影，面前是一群认真聆听的学生与家长。他语调平静、逻辑清晰，却句句有力。他就是西安高新一中国际部的学生、班级班长，也是优英环保基地连续三届活动的“老兵”——海睿宁。

In the lush valleys at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, a young man stands on a makeshift outdoor stage. Sunlight filters through the trees behind him, and before him sit students and parents listening attentively. His tone is calm, his logic sharp, and every word carries weight. He is Adam Hai, a student and class leader at Xi'an High-Tech International School—and a three-time veteran of Youying's environmental action base.

三年坚守，低碳环保活动的“老将中坚”

Three Years of Dedication: A Core Veteran of Low-Carbon Initiatives

从2023年初次参与到如今的第21届环保活动，海睿宁已经连续三年作为核心成员参与优英环保基地的项目统筹。他不仅是一名学生参与者，更是实践中的“青年治理者”：
- 他担任过多期活动的财务统筹与组织骨干，负责策划预算、分摊机制和资源利用率分析；
- 他多次参与“蜜蜂生态保护计划”“秦岭植树行动”“环保科普展”“儿童环保画展评审”等项目，既能穿上手套挖坑种树，也能拿起讲稿上台发言；
- 每年活动前期，他都协助团队制定路线图与物资清单，事无巨细，责任到人，确保活动顺利开展。

Since first joining in 2023, Adam Hai has participated in Youying's environmental programs for three consecutive years, playing a core leadership role in each. More than a student volunteer, he has become a youth strategist in action:
- He has led budgeting and financial planning for multiple events, helping to design cost-sharing models and optimize resource use;
- He has taken part in initiatives like the Bee Protection Program, Qinling Tree Planting, Science Exhibitions, and Children's Eco-Art Exhibits—getting his hands dirty while also delivering public presentations;
- In every planning phase, he has supported route design, material checklists, and team assignments, ensuring activities proceed smoothly and efficiently.

正因如此，他被很多志愿者与老师亲切称为：“最靠谱的环保少年”。

Because of this, many volunteers and teachers affectionately refer to him as 'the most reliable eco-youth'.

一场站上山林讲台的演讲，惊艳全场

A Speech in the Forest That Captivated the Crowd

今年，他以《Clean Smarter, Live Safer》为题，带来了一场以生活化学品对生态系统影响为核心的户外演讲。

他用大量生活场景开场：

“我们平时用的那些‘搓搓乐’‘神奇魔术块’——看起来能瞬间清洁一切。但这些化学制品在清洁我们的同时，也在悄悄渗透到水体、土壤，甚至通过呼吸与食物链，‘像打了回旋镖一样’，最终又打回我们自己身上。”
这句比喻一出口，全场安静。他不仅阐述了邻苯二甲酸盐等化学物质的作用机制，还通过“人类误把清洁当无害”的认知偏差，引发了大家对现代消费生活方式的反思。

This year, Adam delivered an outdoor speech titled 'Clean Smarter, Live Safer,' focused on the ecological dangers of everyday chemical products. He began with vivid real-life examples:
“The scrubbing sponges and magic cleaning pads we use may seem miraculous, but these substances quietly seep into our water and soil—and eventually, like a chemical boomerang, come back to harm our own bodies.”
The moment he used this metaphor, the crowd fell silent. Adam explained the mechanisms behind substances like phthalates and challenged the illusion that cleanliness equals safety—prompting deep reflection on modern consumption habits.

在互动环节，面对家长提出的“我们还能用什么？”、“环保是不是很昂贵？”等问题，他以扎实的知识和沉着思辨回应，推荐替代性成分、分析使用权衡，并提出“局部改变就能产生生态涟漪”的观点。

During the Q&A, when asked questions like 'What alternatives can we use?' or 'Is eco-living too expensive?' he responded with well-grounded knowledge and calm analysis. He suggested safer ingredients, weighed real-life trade-offs, and emphasized that 'small local changes can create wide ecological ripples.'

热爱运动的环保行动派

An Athletic Activist with Environmental Passion 

海睿宁同样是一位“运动力满格”的热血少年。篮球、越野、体能训练，他样样不落。
在历届环保活动中，他是第一个冲上山坡搬树苗的志愿者，也是最能号召全体男生布置营地、协调布展的“临时队长”。
他常说的一句话是：“环保不是一次演讲，不是一次表态，而是一次次动手的坚持；真正的Leader，不是喊口号的人，而是在泥里干活还不忘微笑的人。”

Adam is equally known for his boundless energy and athletic spirit. Whether it's basketball, trail running, or strength training, he thrives in motion.
At past eco-events, he's always the first to carry tree saplings uphill and the one rallying the boys to pitch tents or set up exhibition areas.
He often says:“Environmentalism isn't about speeches or slogans—it's about rolling up your sleeves, getting dirty, and still smiling. A real leader doesn't just talk; he acts.”

 一位未来领导者的雏形，已然清晰

A Future Leader Already Taking Shape

今天的他，站在森林中举着讲稿；明天的他，或许会站在更大的舞台上，继续讲述人与自然的关系，讲述改变的可能性。
他不是那种自带光环的人，但他的光，来自积累、坚持与逻辑背后的温度。
优英教育很自豪，能够陪伴海睿宁这三年来的环保之路。而他的成长轨迹，也将成为“优英环保基地”21年精神传承的一个缩影。

Today, he stands in the forest holding a speech. Tomorrow, he may stand on a global stage, sharing his thoughts on nature, change, and responsibility.
He's not someone who seeks the spotlight—but his light shines through consistency, thoughtfulness, and a quiet strength rooted in logic and compassion.
