However, behind the beautiful natural scenery, he discovered a reality that cannot be ignored: some residential clusters are located near water bodies, and due to the lack of complete domestic sewage collection and treatment systems, domestic sewage is often discharged directly into natural waters after simple treatment.

“在枯水期,由于河道水量减少,水体的自净能力会显著减弱,任何微小的污染物排入都会造成水质的剧烈波动,”海睿宁在观察报告中指出。他通过对当地排水现状的排查,将复杂的污染源归纳为散排与合流直排两种模式,并意识到,单纯依靠传统的自然净化已无法满足日益严谨的环保排放标准。
"During the dry season, as the river flow decreases, the self-purification capacity of the water significantly weakens. Any tiny pollutant discharge can cause drastic fluctuations in water quality," Hai Ruining noted in his observation report.
